Our ongoing relationship with PrimaryTec which spans many years, has been crucial to the operation of our complete IT systems on a day-to-day basis.

Their friendly, professional team are regularly on site providing our ICT requirements, together with providing support through; live chat, email and via the phone. A complete audit of all support calls is available through their automated ticketed support system.

I believe that without PrimaryTec, our operation (particularly on match days) would not be successful. From our end user devices, PC’s and laptops through to our office systems of servers, telephony, email and applications all the way through to our turnstile systems, they have us covered ensuring we are fully functioning and supported all year round.
